Although, Kelly jumped in and saved the day! She knew I was struggling and made sure to make my experience has easy and efficient as possible. I truly can't say enough nice things about her and how great of an experience I had. I recommend everyone using this location and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have her! Thank you Kelly :)

They rent to the homeless so they can sleep I rented the unit 4 weeks ago and yesterday I came to pick up some things and found my unit almost empty. It had been stolen. It has no security. No cameras. The gate is open 24/7. They rent units to homeless people and they use them to sleep. They were one of these people who robbed me because I found part of my dining room set in one of the homeless units.. XERXOR SELF STORAGE TENANT INSURANCE Company would ONLY cover $3000 dollars later make the claim...PAY more to have a unit with A/C but are truly making it easier for thiefs to stole your belongings from inside.That's why the homeless prefer to pay to sleep and steal …… There is no reason that the Compass Self Storage allows them to do that and they even have pets.

Compass Self Storage - Elfinwild Rd. Allison Park Pa I rented storage unit at #255 Allison Park, Pa this week. As soon as I opened the door Kelly behind the counter greeted me immediately with a smile. We discussed what I was interested in and she showed me the different locations. Then came back to office and I asked if any storage available in a certain location. She didnt think so but said she would check and here she found one that was perfect. I would recommend Kelly - Compass to everyone looking. She took her time, explained all paperwork to me and helped me happily when I had questions. Excellent!

predatory company this company preys on people who need to store items. they will raise your rate every single time they have the opportunity. anyone who needs storage is much better off selling anything they can to avoid using this company. you can buy new EVERYTHING for the price they charge and the raised rates they perpetually add. just another company trying to extract every dollar they can from their victims

Won units from them at auction. Won units from them at auction. It states in there contract that you can rent the unit, to have longer to clean it out. District manager refused to do tis so I lost the units and money. They will not honor contracts, filling complaint with State Attorney Genarals office. Called and had to leave message at corprate office, have not heard from them.
