GBToday I went to compass storage Today I went to compass storage. Brian was unable to get in touch with any supervisor. He was unable to refund my money on a unacceptable storage unit. There is no Corporate number to call on cases like this. I will advise any not to use this storage place on Satellite blvd. Management is non existent

GBI would have given zero stars to the… I would have given zero stars to the Sullivan Drive location in Duluth, GA, if 'd had the option due to the horrendous customer NO service. Don't waste your time calling the district manager, Hal, or the regional manager for that matter. The district manager, Hal, will arrogantly tell you that he is the one who makes the decisions and has the final say, despite the Regional manager being a higher level. I recommend instead contacting the parent company- Amsdell Companies. One International Place, Suite 220, Cleveland, Ohio 44135. Phone: 216.458.0670 and 888.274.9989, FAX: 216.458.0671. web site www amsdellcompanies com Todd Amsdell is the president and CEO. Be diligent and don't give up. The parent company needs to know just how bad this location is.

GBDeceptive Practice My rental started February 10 2023 it was not verbally announced that they go up every 90 days. I talked with upper management who said at first they don’t do that and the young lady in the office Ashley was not a representation of the company and it is every 6 months then change his tune and double down on her that it is every 90 days. When asked why is my storage going up every 90 days he stated we not like Public Storage or others in the area , He is right they not going up on their prices just Compass. Please do not rent a storage from Companies who practices deceptive practices. Moving out and will Continue to Educate people on their deceptive behavior and if this is or has happen to you call the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau file a complaint.

GBPersonal service and help at the… Personal service and help at the facility are great, but the frequent rent increases are not. We are a nonprofit organization that has a tight expense budget and the way too frequent rent increases are extremely hard on us. We have been renting one or more units at the facility since before Compass took it over. We have a perfect payment record. That should be worth something.

GBpredatory company this company preys on people who need to store items. they will raise your rate every single time they have the opportunity. anyone who needs storage is much better off selling anything they can to avoid using this company. you can buy new EVERYTHING for the price they charge and the raised rates they perpetually add. just another company trying to extract every dollar they can from their victims
