They rent to the homeless so they can sleep I rented the unit 4 weeks ago and yesterday I came to pick up some things and found my unit almost empty. It had been stolen. It has no security. No cameras. The gate is open 24/7. They rent units to homeless people and they use them to sleep. They were one of these people who robbed me because I found part of my dining room set in one of the homeless units.. XERXOR SELF STORAGE TENANT INSURANCE Company would ONLY cover $3000 dollars later make the claim...PAY more to have a unit with A/C but are truly making it easier for thiefs to stole your belongings from inside.That's why the homeless prefer to pay to sleep and steal …… There is no reason that the Compass Self Storage allows them to do that and they even have pets.

Compass Self Storage - Elfinwild Rd. Allison Park Pa I rented storage unit at #255 Allison Park, Pa this week. As soon as I opened the door Kelly behind the counter greeted me immediately with a smile. We discussed what I was interested in and she showed me the different locations. Then came back to office and I asked if any storage available in a certain location. She didnt think so but said she would check and here she found one that was perfect. I would recommend Kelly - Compass to everyone looking. She took her time, explained all paperwork to me and helped me happily when I had questions. Excellent!

I originally was with the company prior… I originally was with the company prior and had a move in rate of 79.99 a month with a noted increase of 10.00 after the promotion this was 7 years ago- somewhere along the line they sold to this company and every quarter since they have taken over, my rate has increased- I just got another letter to saying explaining the reason for the increase this time. ridiculous - stating they understand the financial strain this year has been and are trying to keep the storage units available by keeping cost as low as possible so what do they do?? Increase it another 20.00. I now pay 161.00/month for the smallest climate controlled unit they have available- I will be cancelling and NEVER REFERRING this company to anyone. My bill has increase almost 100.00 over the past couple years .

I rented a Uhaul through Compass at the… I rented a Uhaul through Compass at the Allison Park, PA location. Initially, I was having a difficult time since I selected the self service option. Although, Kelly jumped in and saved the day! She knew I was struggling and made sure to make my experience has easy and efficient as possible. I truly can't say enough nice things about her and how great of an experience I had. I recommend everyone using this location and hopefully you will be lucky enough to have her! Thank you Kelly :)

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!!! this facility has been nothing but a nightmare. First my unit was robbed. There was an ongoing problem and they didn't even have cameras all around the facility. They swore up and down they fixed the problem so I stayed. 6 months later I went to my unit and there were HUNDREDS of mouse droppings! The whole unit was covered and contaminated. They are NEGLIGENT and don't take accountability for their lack of responsibility to offer a protected space. insurance is a joke there too finding ways to pay as little as possible. STAY AWAY FROM COMPASS!!
