Leased a unit and the so called air… Leased a unit and the so called air control units, nope for the first week no air some of my electrical equipment has been damaged the team at a local Compass Storage are showing signs of shady activity. Compass Self Storage - Elfinwild Rd. Allison Park Pa I rented storage unit at #255 Allison Park, Pa this week. As soon as I opened the door Kelly behind the counter greeted me immediately with a smile. We discussed what I was interested in and she showed me the different locations. Then came back to office and I asked if any storage available in a certain location. She didnt think so but said she would check and here she found one that was perfect. I would recommend Kelly - Compass to everyone looking. She took her time, explained all paperwork to me and helped me happily when I had questions. Excellent!

Personal service and help at the… Personal service and help at the facility are great, but the frequent rent increases are not. We are a nonprofit organization that has a tight expense budget and the way too frequent rent increases are extremely hard on us. We have been renting one or more units at the facility since before Compass took it over. We have a perfect payment record. That should be worth something.

Never had any problems with staff. This is a cost review only. Never had any problems with staff or the unit it self my review is for corporate. This 6 month price increasing has left me no choice but to pack my stuff and go somewhere else. I know I can get a better price elsewhere. I'm not going to share any $ amount but my rent doubled in a few years of renting and they will keep raising it until I can't afford it. Then I have to remove all my belongings or obviously if I don't pay they lock it up and sell my belongings. This company would be more beneficial for short term renters.
