GBNever had any problems with staff. This is a cost review only. Never had any problems with staff or the unit it self my review is for corporate. This 6 month price increasing has left me no choice but to pack my stuff and go somewhere else. I know I can get a better price elsewhere. I'm not going to share any $ amount but my rent doubled in a few years of renting and they will keep raising it until I can't afford it. Then I have to remove all my belongings or obviously if I don't pay they lock it up and sell my belongings. This company would be more beneficial for short term renters.

GBThe company can approve in firing the… The company can approve in firing the whole staff. A lock was put on my storage unit because I wrote a bad review on them three weeks ago. I had a job and needed to get some things out of my storage unit only not able to get in it because the company put a lock on it. When I spoke to the manager the next day she advised she doesn't know a lock was put on my storage

GBI would have given zero stars to the… I would have given zero stars to the Sullivan Drive location in Duluth, GA, if 'd had the option due to the horrendous customer NO service. Don't waste your time calling the district manager, Hal, or the regional manager for that matter. The district manager, Hal, will arrogantly tell you that he is the one who makes the decisions and has the final say, despite the Regional manager being a higher level. I recommend instead contacting the parent company- Amsdell Companies. One International Place, Suite 220, Cleveland, Ohio 44135. GBMULTIPLE THEFTS REPORTED TO POLICE MULTIPLE THEFTS REPORTED TO POLICE Staff refuses to inform Victims of Thefts and refuse to speak to victims. District and Corporate refuse to respond to requests for information. Police report that staff claims cameras were inoperable on dates of Thefts. Too many coincidences, Inside JOB? Who's looking into this, staff NO, District NO, Corporate NO. DO NOT TRUST THIS ORGANIZATION! STAY AWAY!

GBThey rent to the homeless so they can sleep I rented the unit 4 weeks ago and yesterday I came to pick up some things and found my unit almost empty. It had been stolen. It has no security. No cameras. The gate is open 24/7. They rent units to homeless people and they use them to sleep. They were one of these people who robbed me because I found part of my dining room set in one of the homeless units.. XERXOR SELF STORAGE TENANT INSURANCE Company would ONLY cover $3000 dollars later make the claim...PAY more to have a unit with A/C but are truly making it easier for thiefs to stole your belongings from inside.That's why the homeless prefer to pay to sleep and steal …… There is no reason that the Compass Self Storage allows them to do that and they even have pets.
