Although, Kelly jumped in and saved the day! She knew I was struggling and made sure to make my experience has easy and efficient as possible. There is no Corporate number to call on cases like this. I will advise any not to use this storage place on Satellite blvd. Management is non existent

Deceptive Practice My rental started February 10 2023 it was not verbally announced that they go up every 90 days. I talked with upper management who said at first they don’t do that and the young lady in the office Ashley was not a representation of the company and it is every 6 months then change his tune and double down on her that it is every 90 days. When asked why is my storage going up every 90 days he stated we not like Public Storage or others in the area , He is right they not going up on their prices just Compass. Please do not rent a storage from Companies who practices deceptive practices. Moving out and will Continue to Educate people on their deceptive behavior and if this is or has happen to you call the Federal Trade Commission and the Better Business Bureau file a complaint.
