As soon as I opened the door Kelly behind the counter greeted me immediately with a smile. We discussed what I was interested in and she showed me the different locations. Then came back to office and I asked if any storage available in a certain location. She didnt think so but said she would check and here she found one that was perfect. I would recommend Kelly - Compass to everyone looking. She took her time, explained all paperwork to me and helped me happily when I had questions. Excellent!

There is no Corporate number to call on cases like this. I will advise any not to use this storage place on Satellite blvd. Management is non existent

predatory company this company preys on people who need to store items. they will raise your rate every single time they have the opportunity. anyone who needs storage is much better off selling anything they can to avoid using this company. you can buy new EVERYTHING for the price they charge and the raised rates they perpetually add. just another company trying to extract every dollar they can from their victims

Leased a unit and the so called air… Leased a unit and the so called air control units, nope for the first week no air some of my electrical equipment has been damaged the team at a local Compass Storage are showing signs of shady activity. Shows really no concern for me the customer. Customer service is lacking very much,

They rent to the homeless so they can sleep I rented the unit 4 weeks ago and yesterday I came to pick up some things and found my unit almost empty. It had been stolen. It has no security. No cameras. The gate is open 24/7. They rent units to homeless people and they use them to sleep. They were one of these people who robbed me because I found part of my dining room set in one of the homeless units.. XERXOR SELF STORAGE TENANT INSURANCE Company would ONLY cover $3000 dollars later make the claim...PAY more to have a unit with A/C but are truly making it easier for thiefs to stole your belongings from inside.That's why the homeless prefer to pay to sleep and steal …… There is no reason that the Compass Self Storage allows them to do that and they even have pets.
