Brian was great; however, use caution Brian was great. However, I used one of the moving companies recommended by another employee (not Brian) and SO MANY THINGS ARE MISSING. The moving company also charged more than I was quoted and it took longer because they failed to bring the right size truck and more assistance (only had the driver and one helper). They tore up my wall and furniture in moving. They didn't apologize and didn't try to repair the wall. Stuff was broken because of the way they placed (threw) things into the storage unit. Truly upsetting!!!

Compass Self Storage - Elfinwild Rd. Allison Park Pa I rented storage unit at #255 Allison Park, Pa this week. As soon as I opened the door Kelly behind the counter greeted me immediately with a smile. We discussed what I was interested in and she showed me the different locations. Then came back to office and I asked if any storage available in a certain location. She didnt think so but said she would check and here she found one that was perfect. I would recommend Kelly - Compass to everyone looking. She took her time, explained all paperwork to me and helped me happily when I had questions. Excellent!

I would have given zero stars to the… I would have given zero stars to the Sullivan Drive location in Duluth, GA, if 'd had the option due to the horrendous customer NO service. Don't waste your time calling the district manager, Hal, or the regional manager for that matter. The district manager, Hal, will arrogantly tell you that he is the one who makes the decisions and has the final say, despite the Regional manager being a higher level. Maria at the Compass Self Storage in… Maria at the Compass Self Storage in Whittsett,NC is amazing! She was extremely helpful during my entire experience (4/22-6/23). She was always pleasant and helped to facilitate a smooth move out. The units were very clean. I definitely recommend using this site!

Leased a unit and the so called air… Leased a unit and the so called air control units, nope for the first week no air some of my electrical equipment has been damaged the team at a local Compass Storage are showing signs of shady activity. Shows really no concern for me the customer. Customer service is lacking very much,
