I had a job and needed to get some things out of my storage unit only not able to get in it because the company put a lock on it. When I spoke to the manager the next day she advised she doesn't know a lock was put on my storage

District manager refused to do tis so I lost the units and money. They will not honor contracts, filling complaint with State Attorney Genarals office. Called and had to leave message at corprate office, have not heard from them.

Personal service and help at the… Personal service and help at the facility are great, but the frequent rent increases are not. We are a nonprofit organization that has a tight expense budget and the way too frequent rent increases are extremely hard on us. We have been renting one or more units at the facility since before Compass took it over. We have a perfect payment record. That should be worth something.
