I was working here for six and a half… I was working here for six and a half years. A new call center ter manager by the name of Amber who took over and doesn't even know how to do her job. Worse place ever to work at, so I wss having trouble with their equipment I was using at home to do my job was klt working call ce te manager messaged was talking to me in any way she wanted. She called me yelling at me like she was sone body when she is not. So I went to go tell HR Kristie and told her what was happening even with some leads and told her I am telling you this what is happening about the yelling and I am scared I will get retaliated and losing my job. So Kristie sets up a meeting with Amber and then they say I am terminated because I caused a hostil work place but how if I work at home makes no sense. After telling her I don't want to be retailed against this was wrongful termination.

Fraudulent Insurance 2yrs ago I opted to transfer my previous INSURANCE Carrier to the above storage carrier they provided. Upon removing stored items from unit there were water damage to items. I contacted the office verbally & submitted a video of damage. After numerous contacts, issues have not been addressed. I found thru investigating, there several claims that have been filed against this storage site that have not been settle. Iam distraught regarding there business practices. They show no regard towads tentants nor responsibility.

Don’t rent at istorage in Woodbury… Don’t rent at istorage in Woodbury Minnesota. They only have cameras in the front they don’t have cameras were the storage lockers are. If your storage gets broken into the police, will tell you that they will not have any camera footage to show you who broke into your storage.

The location on garth road in baytown… The location on garth road in baytown Texas is rat infested. All my furniture, important papers an personal items are full of rat pee an poop. Spoke to the front desk an they told me they can't do anything about it an if I file a insurance claim on my stuff I need receipts.. where am I suppose to get receipts on all my stuff that I had for more than a year. So paying for insurance on my unit is a waist of money. I wouldn't advise this place to no one unless you don't mind your stuff full of rat pee an poop.
