GBWORST storage company every Overland Park iStorage on 125th street Overland Park iStorage on 125th street. AVOID AT ALL COSTS We rented a unit and it flooded -- either leak in roof or leak of their AC unit. WAter cascaded down back wall and pooled on the floor. We lost thousands of $ worth of furniture. They took no responsibility and told us to 'file a claim with our homeowners insurance". They told us we didn't take out THEIR insurance. There is an unspoken contract that we would pay them for storage and in return would have usage of a secure, DRY unit. TERRIBLE - DO NOT USE

GBHorrible Customer Service I have only ever had 1 great interaction with this company and that was with Nichole at the Fairview Location in Carson. Other than her the customer service has been rude. They really know how to make you only feel like a dollar sign. They dont allow for partial payments, they dont allow you to pay short term. You either pay in full or risk losing your entire life because your struggling. Their regional management team is a joke. Never called me back when i was told they would. If someone is at least trying to make any kind of payment you should be willing to take it and not put their stuff up for auction. Never getting a unit from them again in my life.

GBI had a great experience in the 5… I had a great experience in the 5 months that I rented three units at their Dry Creek Gap store in Knoxville. Tn. (37018). The property manger, Mike Kuffner, did an EXCELLENT job in all aspects of the business for me. I would highly recommend company and especially Mike Kuffner giving them both a 10+ out of 10 !!!

GBI was working here for six and a half… I was working here for six and a half years. A new call center ter manager by the name of Amber who took over and doesn't even know how to do her job. Worse place ever to work at, so I wss having trouble with their equipment I was using at home to do my job was klt working call ce te manager messaged was talking to me in any way she wanted. She called me yelling at me like she was sone body when she is not. So I went to go tell HR Kristie and told her what was happening even with some leads and told her I am telling you this what is happening about the yelling and I am scared I will get retaliated and losing my job. So Kristie sets up a meeting with Amber and then they say I am terminated because I caused a hostil work place but how if I work at home makes no sense. After telling her I don't want to be retailed against this was wrongful termination.

GBPrice hikes, lockouts and absent office They lured me in with a low price, and then jacked it up every few months until it's higher than all the competitors. They have locked me out several times because they lost track of my payment, which always cleared early, being an electronic monthly payment. When you do go to the office to try to clear it up, they are usually not there during business hours, and no one locally or at the corporate level ever answers the phone. This is not where you want to put your stuff if you ever want to see it again.
