STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY First time using this company to ship package abroad and I heavily regret it. Tracking shows no movement for over a month now and their customer service is like a bot that keeps on sending me the exact same responses. I cannot reach out to an actual person in this company. Starting to think my package is lost. Unfortunately, these are not commercial items that can simply be replaced and this is wedding related. I am warning everyone to stay away from this company. I regret not searching before using their service. I am just finding out now how bad their service is and how high percentage are their lost packages.

Dont use this Company if your planing… Dont use this Company if your planing to buy Christmas gift Them send a shipment Home to me october 12 and today november 12 its still not arrived

They Stole my $600 Package and claimed lost I paid $90 in shipping to ship a package worth over $500. They never processed it at their facility. They stole what inside and declared it "Lost" in transit. Their loss rate is 100%. Do no ship with this business unless you want you package to never be seen again. I am suspecting it's not even a real shipping company! Instead, some business run by cyber criminal who figured out a way to steal packages legally from US and forward them to India or China to resale...

This company steals customers' packages… This company steals customers' packages that are valuable and sells them in "Lost Package Auctions ... " hence why they offer ZERO inssurance and they have no customer service number to call because their whole business is a scam to begin with. It is not even an American company. They are an Indian Company operating here under Orange DS.... Beware of this scam shipping company !!! They are not a shipping company... All they do is collect people's packages from all over the US, daclare them "Lost", and auction them off to make money of people's items!

So Far So Good! Just launched my e-commerce store and these guys were super helpful and got me off to great start its been two months now and so far so good
