Fantastic alternate Placed an order overnight at 10pm, called at 10 AM to check status and if it will ship out today. They said item is in stock, requested them to ship out as had an urgent need. The lady checked and said there might be a charge for cancellation, that irked me but she kept her promise. Package was delivered next day, much faster than ULINE and Amazon.. great experience.

Wish I could leave 0 stars. Damaged product and no response from support weeks later I placed an order for boxes and every bundle was damaged. They were still mostly usable but they looked absolutely awful. I took photos and reached out to their support for some type of explanation and they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up, but nothing so far. As a subscription box business owner, I'm disappointed that I had no choice but to ship my packages in these terrible looking boxes, but I'm even more disappointed in the lack of response/apology/explanation. Needless to say, I won't be reordering, and their customer service is embarrassing. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.

Cheap price for cheap boxes... The price of these boxes were excellent and were the deciding factor towards the final purchase. They arrived within a week. Initially I had an issue with some being on back order, so I called customer service and she helped me out. Why two stars? The boxes were cheap and affordable, they arrived quickly and in great condition: but the boxes are...useless. practically paper thin. Other cardboard boxes I have have a edge crush test score of 44 lb. (This isn't something I considered when making the purchase). The boxes I ordered have a ECT score of 32 lb. Lightly pressing on a corner with your palm would crush the corner. These boxes are so thin it's insane. This was a $650 order. I have no clue what I'm going to do now.

these people are a scam beware they i… these people are a scam beware they i placed two orders for a shipping price of 19.99 on my third order they tried to charge me 79.99. i contacted them and she says they are giving me the lowest best rate to ensure my package arrives. my total for my order was 103 and shipping cost was going to be another 79.99 almost the same price of my order. get the word around do not let these guys scam people share the info on social media for shipping price gouging. im not stopping here i will make sure everyone know about your scam. im sure you will try and make up some lie just to make yourself look better but people will see you guys are scammers.
