GBCheap price for cheap boxes... The price of these boxes were excellent and were the deciding factor towards the final purchase. They arrived within a week. Initially I had an issue with some being on back order, so I called customer service and she helped me out. Why two stars? The boxes were cheap and affordable, they arrived quickly and in great condition: but the boxes are...useless. practically paper thin. Other cardboard boxes I have have a edge crush test score of 44 lb. (This isn't something I considered when making the purchase). The boxes I ordered have a ECT score of 32 lb. Lightly pressing on a corner with your palm would crush the corner. These boxes are so thin it's insane. This was a $650 order. I have no clue what I'm going to do now.

GBVery shady selling practice Very shady selling practice. You will never know that is item you ordered is available in stock. Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

GBThey charged me a $75 lift gate service… They charged me a $75 lift gate service fee, for a UPS delivery that I unloaded myself. No lift gate involved here. They promised to get the fee back to me and that was over a week ago. Despite my phone messages and emails they refuse to do the right thing. Their excuse was that the problem was with my bank, not with them. Fact is they outright lied to me, they ripped me off, they stole from me and evidently they have no feelings of guilt or remorse. They will not get anymore business from me.

GBBad company!!! Bad company!!! They delay shipping, when there is a problem with the carrier, they don't want to solve the problem quickly, causing damage and disrespecting the customer. Customer service with totally unprepared people and with absurd rules. NOT RECOMMENDED, you will definitely get bored!
