Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

GBthese people are a scam beware they i… these people are a scam beware they i placed two orders for a shipping price of 19.99 on my third order they tried to charge me 79.99. i contacted them and she says they are giving me the lowest best rate to ensure my package arrives. my total for my order was 103 and shipping cost was going to be another 79.99 almost the same price of my order. get the word around do not let these guys scam people share the info on social media for shipping price gouging. im not stopping here i will make sure everyone know about your scam. im sure you will try and make up some lie just to make yourself look better but people will see you guys are scammers.

GBWish I could leave 0 stars. Damaged product and no response from support weeks later I placed an order for boxes and every bundle was damaged. They were still mostly usable but they looked absolutely awful. I took photos and reached out to their support for some type of explanation and they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up, but nothing so far. As a subscription box business owner, I'm disappointed that I had no choice but to ship my packages in these terrible looking boxes, but I'm even more disappointed in the lack of response/apology/explanation. Needless to say, I won't be reordering, and their customer service is embarrassing. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.

GBThey charged me a $75 lift gate service… They charged me a $75 lift gate service fee, for a UPS delivery that I unloaded myself. No lift gate involved here. They promised to get the fee back to me and that was over a week ago. Despite my phone messages and emails they refuse to do the right thing. Their excuse was that the problem was with my bank, not with them. Fact is they outright lied to me, they ripped me off, they stole from me and evidently they have no feelings of guilt or remorse. They will not get anymore business from me.
