Money grabbing company They continue to raise my rate even tho I pay on time I have been a long time customer and I don't get any appreciation for being a long time customer

A-1 Self Storage A-1 Self Storage Gaston County, North Carolina 14735 Lucia Riverbend Hwy, Stanley, NC 28164 It is a highly polished log and management needs to correct the problems!!! Rats and Mice are roaming the entire complex because management is not implementing proper gaskets under and around the doors of the climate controlled buildings (The outside doors). It is not too hard lying on your stomach to see where the snakes, mice and rats come in. The management maintenance storage unit’s garage doors adjoining the climate controlled housing units are left open all day letting whatever creepy crawlers inside. Clearly a child could prevent rodents entering a building better than the current deterrence’s which is zero. The climate controlled areas have giant panel windows cut out near the ceiling to let air circulate through each room but criminals can also sneak a peek at your items using cameras.

Helpful staff plus super clean facilities My husband and I highly recommend A-1 storage on South Bascom Ave. in Campbell. The facility is spotless, staff attentive and security a plus. Our previous storage unit was in a location where theft was an issue, staff turn over was high and the premises "trashy". We switched companies and location and have been very satisfied customers for several years. Terry, the manager, is conscientious and facilities customer satisfaction through her attention to detail and friendly manner. Bravo to all.

Continuing increases in rent for the space is beginning to get ridiculous. The rental rate for my unit has gone up 3 times in 2 years. I think it's time to find a new unit or simply sell what I can and get rid of the unit.

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I have had an account here over a year and have never been late! I pay my bill through auto pay and On dec 1st they decided to withdraw my payment 8 times for the amount of $60.99 completely draining my bank account! I have called every number available at the site with no answer or call back in two day yes they are supposed to be 24hours... then I called the 877 number and they couldn’t even get in contact with the site.. I highly recommend choosing a different storage site.
