They will raise your rates. 1st with an acceptable reason and then for no good reason I moved in at a special "move in" rate applicable for the first year. In my second year they raised the monthly rate and assured me that the new price was the regular rate. In my 3rd year they raised my rates again which I deduced to be higher than the fair market value for the service. To confirm my theory, I asked some other customers with similarly sized units and they ARE getting a better price. Also, A1's competitors within a 1 mile radius, offer better rates. Fixed rates. I was advised that if I complain that I'm likely to get my priced lowered, but I don't like to play games. Give me the fair price or I'm gone! 'Merica I've now begun moving out. I recommend that loyal customers with consistent payment history get better treatment.

Best storage facility I have ever used The facility is extremely nice. Be careful to look for pipes in the lower level units if you have anything tall. The staff are very helpful and go out of their way. I especially love the big carts they have to move items, it makes it very easy to move a lot of stuff quickly!

Terrible customer service Terrible customer service! I have had an account here over a year and have never been late! I pay my bill through auto pay and On dec 1st they decided to withdraw my payment 8 times for the amount of $60.99 completely draining my bank account! I have called every number available at the site with no answer or call back in two day yes they are supposed to be 24hours... then I called the 877 number and they couldn’t even get in contact with the site.. I highly recommend choosing a different storage site.

Easy,convenient and clean I've use this storage 3 times now. It's a place I know my stuff is safe. Everyone that works there is friendly and will help you with your every needs. Once you try them out you'll diffently come back.

Great Storage Facility but rent goes up every year. This is a very clean and well managed storage facility. The only bad thing I have to say about them is that the rent is raised quite frequently. I am a long term customer who always pays their bill on time. It's sort of frustrating to see them raising my rent so much.
