MEMy very bad experience with India's branch of Shipa Freight I do business internationally and need an operative logistics service. I've decided to try Shipa ( branch of Agility) service to compare with current services we use, requested Quote of DDP China->US and prepaid air fright Jul.22 after receiving at once (quote QT1320300571 was given within 24hours as promised). The next day (on Friday, Jul.23), my supplier said to me that Agility refused to pick up our cargo. I've asked support from Friday what's happen, their manager, Premchand, Key Account Manager | Shipa Freight, asked me: Could you please wait till tomorrow (Saturday), then Monday, then Tuesday... Today is Tuesday Jul.28, nobody picked up cargo. Prem asks me: " rate was increased and you should pay additionally.." I don't understand, how is it possible for such work? I've lost time and money ( rates were increased since Friday...). Sure, canceled and requested a refund. Really bad experience. Guys, you risk losing reputation this way. I assume that this is the result of the work of specific employees, and not of the entire company - since the other two orders (they are supervised by a team from Europe) were sent on time and without any additional payment requirements.

AEPoor service delivery from these⦠Poor service delivery from these guys,they have no regards for customer service at all i waited for an order after scheduling and they cancelled on their side without a solid reason and had to wait a few more days for them....one of their drivers USMAN basically told me to get lost

CAGood communication but didn't work for me Updating to 3 stars. The team is very responsive and they are available through email and WhatsApp. However, I wasn't able to move on with the shipping with them because we never moved the dial. They neve game me precise dates and I ended up hiring another freight company. Now I'm waiting for my refund as it's been 1 week since I cancel and they haven't processed my refund. I'll update here once I hear from them. Amazing and highly recommend. I'm still in the early process of doing my first shipment with Shipa Freight. However, so far, they have been super responsive with strong client management skills and very knowledgable people. I will also update this review after completing the shipment.

GBIncompetent - Don't try shipping with SHIPA These people are incompetent. They took our money. Asked for more. Strung us along for more than 2 1/2 months and finally, after dozens of emails (most not answered), they informed us today "we have not been able to secure a booking for some time now due to destination and limited capacity from airlines." DO NOT Try to SHIP with Shipa. You will be disappointed. Your customers will be upset with you and believe that your customer service is unacceptable.

AEWorst courier in UAE I ordered in Adidas on 24 July, normally with other couriers the item will be shipped 2days only or max 3 days (I recently received my previous order of July 22 from the same merchant on the 2nd day but with a different courier which is very impressive) but here it will take approximately 15 to 18 days, which is not logical, I wasn't asking to deliver it on another country. The reason they stated was my location is in the remote area so they cannot expedite, while other couriers can get through here even the next day. I would want to change courier that time but the merchant said, the couriers are randomly selected per order. When I decided to have it delivered on a friend's house in Dubai so it will be nearer, yes, my 2 parcels were delivered the next day but the man just left it in front of the door of my friend's apartment without calling or informing, which is the proper thing to do if they are professionals. Really they are the worst courier!
