JPWorst company Worst company. Stay away from them. Do not use ShipaFreight for any type of freight. They will transfer your shipment to small companies without your consent. Then you will have to contact those companies and they are even worst than ShipaFreight. So stay away!

ZMShipafreight shipping company is scam… Shipafreight shipping company is scam company. It's being used as conduit for gsn trade SP zoo company to steal money from unspecting would be customers. I tried to call them but the cell phone number on the proforma invoice is fake and its also the same cellphone number on GSN trade SP zoo company proforma invoice..Shipafreight has stolen my money (€1,462.50) purporting that they are going to ship a vehicle to walvesbay port Namibia.upto now I'm pushing for my refund. Beware its scam shipping company

MYCheap and very slow! I have tried shipa twice. Cheap price. But prepare to wait months for your cargo to be shipped to the destination. From booking to cargo collection, to boarding on a vessel, prepare about 2-3 months of waiting time. Lots of false promise. My experience is from malaysia to US and from Malaysia to UK. I thought the delay was due to covid, but on the second shipment, after reading comments, i believe their standards is actually very poor and slow. Well thats why its cheap. You pay for what you get a lousy service.

GBIncompetent - Don't try shipping with SHIPA These people are incompetent. They took our money. Asked for more. Strung us along for more than 2 1/2 months and finally, after dozens of emails (most not answered), they informed us today "we have not been able to secure a booking for some time now due to destination and limited capacity from airlines." DO NOT Try to SHIP with Shipa. You will be disappointed. Your customers will be upset with you and believe that your customer service is unacceptable.

DEThe worst logistics company there is After receiving and accepting a quote online, paying more than 9,000$ upfront, I had to write a lot of e-mails and ask in the chat for updates on my order. After more than 2 weeks, finally someone reached out and asked for necessary papers. For 2 more weeks nothing happened until someone told me that there was a disconnect between the chinese team and the shipment team and in the meantime the quote expired and prices had increased... The worst company I dealt with so far. We are waiting for the pickup of our goods since 1 month now and now we need to hope to get our money back and look for another logistics company. Very terrible experience. I highly suggest to stay away from Shipafreight. Hiring them cost us a lot of money, time and patience.
