HKShipafreight is the best Shipafreight is the best one for handling shipment to overseas. Although the freight rate they quoted me wasn’t the lowest one at the beginning, but their service is the best. Their staff is very professional to answer my question whenever I raised online, they can give me the answer I want in a few minutes. Not like other same kind of service provider, their rate was really good, but I was requested to keeping all my credit card details in their online platform for any other unexpected charges. Finally, the goods were delivered to our client perfectly.

CASwitch-and-bait outfit - do not trust their quotes Switch-and-bait outfit. Provided them with EXACT dimensions and weight, received quote. Day before pickup they tried to shake me down for an additional 50% freight charge because of the size of the pallet - which they were given correctly to begin with. Their argument: The small print says quotes are just a generalized quote. Why pray do I have to give weight and dims then to obtain a quote? Don't bother. I canceled the booking and requested a refund.

KWShipa handled multiple shipments for me… Shipa handled multiple shipments for me (from Italy to Dubai, from the UK to Dubai, and from the US to Dubai). Their service was outstanding. They were completely attentive to all the documentation requirements both at origin and at destination, and were able to make both the delivery and customs clearance seamless. Recommend them highly....

MEMy very bad experience with India's branch of Shipa Freight I do business internationally and need an operative logistics service. I've decided to try Shipa ( branch of Agility) service to compare with current services we use, requested Quote of DDP China->US and prepaid air fright Jul.22 after receiving at once (quote QT1320300571 was given within 24hours as promised). The next day (on Friday, Jul.23), my supplier said to me that Agility refused to pick up our cargo. I've asked support from Friday what's happen, their manager, Premchand, Key Account Manager | Shipa Freight, asked me: Could you please wait till tomorrow (Saturday), then Monday, then Tuesday... Today is Tuesday Jul.28, nobody picked up cargo. Prem asks me: " rate was increased and you should pay additionally.." I don't understand, how is it possible for such work? I've lost time and money ( rates were increased since Friday...). Sure, canceled and requested a refund. Really bad experience. Guys, you risk losing reputation this way. I assume that this is the result of the work of specific employees, and not of the entire company - since the other two orders (they are supervised by a team from Europe) were sent on time and without any additional payment requirements.

Something that I think is really nice about Shipafreight is that always you have lots of friendly people to answer your questions and help you, the rates are sensible. lots of available services for shipping in small or big scale.
