MEMy very bad experience with India's branch of Shipa Freight I do business internationally and need an operative logistics service. I've decided to try Shipa ( branch of Agility) service to compare with current services we use, requested Quote of DDP China->US and prepaid air fright Jul.22 after receiving at once (quote QT1320300571 was given within 24hours as promised). The next day (on Friday, Jul.23), my supplier said to me that Agility refused to pick up our cargo. I've asked support from Friday what's happen, their manager, Premchand, Key Account Manager | Shipa Freight, asked me: Could you please wait till tomorrow (Saturday), then Monday, then Tuesday... Today is Tuesday Jul.28, nobody picked up cargo. Prem asks me: " rate was increased and you should pay additionally.." I don't understand, how is it possible for such work? I've lost time and money ( rates were increased since Friday...). Sure, canceled and requested a refund. Really bad experience. Guys, you risk losing reputation this way. I assume that this is the result of the work of specific employees, and not of the entire company - since the other two orders (they are supervised by a team from Europe) were sent on time and without any additional payment requirements.

AEthe are charged for COD when the… the are charged for COD when the payment was already done online. When i asked them about it they lied saying its for custom clearance. I have ordered mutliple time from the same website and i never had to pay extra when it was other courier companies

AEWorst courier in UAE I ordered in Adidas on 24 July, normally with other couriers the item will be shipped 2days only or max 3 days (I recently received my previous order of July 22 from the same merchant on the 2nd day but with a different courier which is very impressive) but here it will take approximately 15 to 18 days, which is not logical, I wasn't asking to deliver it on another country. The reason they stated was my location is in the remote area so they cannot expedite, while other couriers can get through here even the next day. I would want to change courier that time but the merchant said, the couriers are randomly selected per order. When I decided to have it delivered on a friend's house in Dubai so it will be nearer, yes, my 2 parcels were delivered the next day but the man just left it in front of the door of my friend's apartment without calling or informing, which is the proper thing to do if they are professionals. Really they are the worst courier!

CAIf I could give them zero stars I… If I could give them zero stars I would. We booked with shipa/agility about 2 months out before our intended shipping date. A month prior to our intended ship date, we tried booking a container. Little communication and we STILL don't have a booking a month later. There was zero help from the company on rectifying this in fact not even an apology or attempt to take accountability for the delay and lack of response. We found out typical booking standards happens within a day as our supplier had helped secure one locally. Also note it is NOT typical to pay before shipping even happens which is what Agility does - they take your payment upfront without any confirmation. I'm so frustrated with the entire process, the lack of professionalism, and the lack of accountability. I'm now late on booking a container and still waiting for the refund to process. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

ZMShipafreight shipping company is scam… Shipafreight shipping company is scam company. It's being used as conduit for gsn trade SP zoo company to steal money from unspecting would be customers. I tried to call them but the cell phone number on the proforma invoice is fake and its also the same cellphone number on GSN trade SP zoo company proforma invoice..Shipafreight has stolen my money (€1,462.50) purporting that they are going to ship a vehicle to walvesbay port Namibia.upto now I'm pushing for my refund. Beware its scam shipping company
