How's this even legal How's this even legal? Ordered a brand new MBP from BestBuy. Was assigned to a locker, opened it and wasn't there. Called support, was given an image of a label belonging to someone else. Talked with the onsite team, they deferred me back to Luxer Support. They could careless, it's been 13 days and still haven't gotten the "escalation" call back.

This company will just straight lie to… This company will just straight lie to you. I had a representative tell me they had reviewed the footage from the pick up of my package and they confirmed it was me.... Ended up that the property management had pulled the package and signed it as "MANAGEMENT" The manger is a female, I am a male. If she would have actually reviewed the footage and the delivery at all she would have known it was management. Just lied point blank

This company is great if you like being… This company is great if you like being charged $10 a day for having your package in a locker. I get emaila and texts about nothing all the time. And these guys give you one. And then no more and just start charging you a few days later. I understand it's too budensomw to send another text before you start charging. Also this package may not be something you ordered, could be just some nonsense package somebody sent you, and now you pay $20 for a package you never wanted for the major privilege of sitting in a locker for a few days. Let's hope you are home when you receive a package. Seems slightly scammy and rigged for you to pay up as much as possible.

Luxer One is just another way for… Luxer One is just another way for apartment complexes to rip you off with extra fees in the fine print. I created an account on this website solely for this review because I have no other way to fight back now that they have my package locked away. I never asked for, or wanted, their services.

Luxer One's Business Is Based On A Faulty Model As a resident in my complex, I'm required to pay a $20 monthly fee. For that, I'm supposed to get: 1) Notification of package delivery 2) A secure room with access control for deliveries Here's the problem, LuxerOne's service is dependent on the carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) performing all the steps to log deliveries into the LuxerOne System. It turns out the carrier's drivers are overworked so they just drop off the packages without logging them into LuxerOne. Even worse, sometimes they don't ever put them in the secure room. When you complain to LuxerOne about this, they say, "Not Our Fault. Call the carrier and complain." Bottom line, I'm paying for a service that rarely works as advertised since LuxerOne's product is dependent on a third party (The Carriers) that they have no contractual agreement with. Thus I'm calling out LuxerOne's business as near useless since it's based on a Faulty Business Model.
