GBThis company will just straight lie to… This company will just straight lie to you. I had a representative tell me they had reviewed the footage from the pick up of my package and they confirmed it was me.... Ended up that the property management had pulled the package and signed it as "MANAGEMENT" The manger is a female, I am a male. If she would have actually reviewed the footage and the delivery at all she would have known it was management. Just lied point blank

GBWorks for the most part, confusing faulty system for couriers make this riddled with issues Works for the most part, but yes the couriers all don’t give a crap about following Luxer’s protocols for assigning correct lockers. I have an error happen at least once a week where they incorrectly assign my package to the wrong locker etc. Very annoying, but at least the customer service agents are live via chat 24/7

GBNot terrible but not great Not terrible but not great. Having only one code to access all of my packages is challenging when moving. Though it’s nice to have extra security for my packages.

GBReturns system is faulty Returns system is faulty. I dropped off a product in their locker for return to Amazon. LuxerOne gave me no way to provide the return label. They passed the package on to UPS without receiving a tracking number from UPS. Now neither company (UPS nor LuxerOne) can find my package, and I've lost the entire value of it.

GBWhat’s even the point of this service What’s even the point of this service? The delivery drivers never scan my packages into the system, so I can’t get into the package room as I never receive a code until I contact customer service. Why not just let tenants have a mailroom key like a normal building? It’s not like this service stops other residents from taking your package, they throw them all in the same room.
