GBLuxer one is a fraud company Luxer one is a fraud company. They provide no assistance. Their gadgets are horrible and broken. Most of the time their door will not open and then your packet will be lost. They will offer no assistance except telling that they will blame the property manager about the loss or the door of the mailbox not opening. They will not take any responsibilities and will provide no help. Forget about compensation for your loss. Luxer one is No.1 fraud company.

GBDisgusting operations and customer/help… Disgusting operations and customer/help desk 'support'. Missing UPS pkg claimed was delivered but UPS never scanned it in so it's UPS vs Luxor only I am paying the price. I placed multiple messages/ emails/phone calls/IMs while they claim to be online -- all went ignored. I followed up aggressively and they then submit a FAKE help desk ticket. Who the hell is running that company because they suck too!

GBThis company will just straight lie to… This company will just straight lie to you. I had a representative tell me they had reviewed the footage from the pick up of my package and they confirmed it was me.... Ended up that the property management had pulled the package and signed it as "MANAGEMENT" The manger is a female, I am a male. If she would have actually reviewed the footage and the delivery at all she would have known it was management. Just lied point blank

GBWorst idea for a company ever Worst idea for a company ever. They do not pay any shipping company to use them, they just try and force them to use it. Therefore, UPS, FedEx or USPS will either take no photos or take photos that doesn't show the shipping label so you have no idea what the package is. Now, I don't even receive any photos. Luxer refuses to rectify the situation and states their only job is to host the check-in iPad.

GBI gave them one star since I can’t give… I gave them one star since I can’t give them zero. It took them so long to get back the footage and the office was so disorganized from telling me that the footage didn’t exist when someone else told me prior the footage did exist. it’s been so long that the police won’t be looking into my report. It took Luxor approximately three weeks to get the footage to the office.
