This company is a joke and is criminal… This company is a joke and is criminal at best. You are charged a service for your packages to be secure, however the irony is that most of the times you never receive your packages from the lockers. Their “customer” service is a joke at best where they agents lie and mislead you. They choose to place the blame to the association or building you’re assigned too. Bunch of lazy unprofessional agents that don’t wanna do their job. I have several packages held captive unable to be retrieve because they can’t acknowledge their locker is stuck. Their maintenance…if you even call it that can never fix the issue and leave the very same down with no resolution. This company is garbage be warned please.

Returns system is faulty Returns system is faulty. I dropped off a product in their locker for return to Amazon. LuxerOne gave me no way to provide the return label. They passed the package on to UPS without receiving a tracking number from UPS. Now neither company (UPS nor LuxerOne) can find my package, and I've lost the entire value of it.

Customer service is a nightmare and… Customer service is a nightmare and completely useless. If the delivery service does something incorrectly (puts the wrong package in the wrong locket, inputs your unit number incorrectly, etc) they basically cannot do anything to help. I've had two packages delivered incorrectly. The first time I never got a locker code, I don't know if someone else got the code or if it just got messed up, my building management eventually found the package. This time I got a code, went down to pick it up, and found someone else's package in the locker. Luxer has been completely useless in helping me to locate the package, they have sent me to a larger package room multiple times, and have told me the package was picked up, if it was it was not picked up by me, but I guess they have no liability for basically handing my package to someone else. The system is great when it works correctly, but one mistake turns into an unresolvable problem.

Worse than useless I've never been able to log into the app. Resetting the password does no good. Their customer service sent me an obviously AI-generated reply and when I persisted to get a human response they just told me to talk to my building management, who just said I was entered into the system correctly. Now I have to guess when I might have a package and search the messy room using a temporary code to enter...which anyone can do, so it's hardly "secure and convenient".

How's this even legal How's this even legal? Ordered a brand new MBP from BestBuy. Was assigned to a locker, opened it and wasn't there. Called support, was given an image of a label belonging to someone else. Talked with the onsite team, they deferred me back to Luxer Support. They could careless, it's been 13 days and still haven't gotten the "escalation" call back.
