GBThis company has the worst customer… This company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. They no longer have a phone support line. The apartment complexes cannot contact them. Packages disappear and if you move, the are not forwarded or returned to sender. They are “donated”.

GBWorst company in history Worst company in history. Dumb and useless service. I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with manager Rafiq. A narcissist smug idiot who wouldn’t know how to deal with people if it was tattooed on him. They consistently lie and change their story so they don’t have to actually admit fault. Packages are routinely stolen and scheduling anything is an effort in futility. I have to say, run, run away. If your building has this service, your life will be ruined

GBextorsion this company with a few other snake oil sales people contract apartment complexes to buy into this idea of saving your packages from theft.....whats really going on is a money grab from fetch and the apartment communities to extort as much money as they possibly can from renters.....not giving renters a choice to opt out and forcing residents to pay up to 30$ dollars a month for a service they will never use is the scheme

GBThis company is awful This company is awful. They have lost over thirty packages since my apartment started using them. Their customer service is trash. It's next to impossible to get a person, and when you do, they give you the same canned message about the research team every time. They recently forced us to change our delivery address, and promised that they would have weekly transfers between the old and new facility to accommodate those packages that got sent to the old address. However, when I had a few packages sent to the old address accidentally, they expected me to drive across a city the size of Connecticut to pick it up from their warehouse in person. I do not pay for that. They need to do their jobs and not make excuses. Edited to add: They had the audacity to threaten to dispose or discard my packages if I didn't pick them up in person. This company should reconsider its existence.

GBHorrible thieves Horrible thieves! My UPS package full of Christmas from Macy's on Friday 12/2 and I scheduled the 1st delivery time for the next day. When the delivery slot arrives, I receive a message to reschedule, even though the message I view each morning is that it is out for delivery. No response from their Customer Service. The Elm Apts,FWT charges me each month for this crap. I saw my neighbor receive a package yesterday, where was mine? Band of thieves!!!!!
