GBFetch either has lost or delivered… Fetch either has lost or delivered packages addressed to me to the wrong address on numerous occasions. Their customer service is non-existent and the best you can hope for is for them to tell you "Get a Refund from Amazon". They are both incompetent and not service oriented. In short they suck!

GBTerrible Service The service is terrible. You have to wait hours and even days after your package was delivered for Fetch to have it in their system. Several packages have been lost, returned to sender, or damaged. Worst part is most apartments force their residents to use & pay for this service by telling carriers that they are not allowed to deliver directly to the apartment and anyone who tries will have their packages returned to sender, which is the only reason these people are still in business. Oh, and customer support is scarce to non-existent.

GBFetch losing Christmas presents! Fetch lost a few of my Christmas gifts, where various vendors staged and have pictures of them delivering items to the warehouse. Fetch lost my items and state it is not their fault and to file claims with the vendor. No accountability is given for this service and I would not recommend moving to a location where fetch handles packages.

GBVery very bad Wow. I couldn't agree more with the other reviews in this list. Fetch is an awful business model. Another level of complexity to the already complex logistics process. Fetch offers no plus for tenants, only a plus for management as they can wipe their hands and say "nothing to do with us, contact Fetch" Contacting Fetch is at best frustrating. The support they offer is slow and there is no live chat, no way to call (the number I was given by my management company is now invalid) and their attitude flippant. They treat every package as if it is a frivolous purchase not like it could be a credit card, an anniversary gift or perhaps medications. I would not move into another building that uses Fetch.

GBFetch - If I could give a zero I would If I could give a zero, that would be the score. DO NOT let your building use Fetch. They lose packages frequently and then you spend an exorbitant amount of hours documenting proof of delivery, itemizing what was lost and then asked again and again and again to submit the proof. Building management does not help. Many of us feel we have a Bot communicating with us. I know that several people in my building are having a similar experience with packages saying they were delivered but they weren't. Sadly, it seems delivery people steal packages and the company doesn't do anything to resolve the situation.
