Everything worked like clockwork from… Everything worked like clockwork from being picked up at the airport to being returned to departure. There was no waiting around. The assistance of the translator was very useful.The eye examination brought up a condition that I was not aware of even though slight. On my return to UK I asked why I was not told about it. No answer. Paid extra for the Femtosecond laser which took about 10 minutes. Clean, efficient and correct. The only recommendation would be that it would be helpful if NeoVizia accepted bank transfer which would save a further 3% on credit card charges.

2nd procedure through Praga Medica with absolutely no regrets Very informative before procedures & afterwards, with guidance throughout. Spotless clinics with great English speakers. 2nd procedure done recently. Would have no hesitation to go through this company again, and I have highly recommended to others. Excellent experience at Praga Medica I travelled from the UK to have a cosmetic procedure, Blepharoplasty, with Dr. Šedivý. From my initial enquiry through to the surgery Praga Medica were absolutely fabulous. I always felt confident I was in good hands. I am absolutely thrilled with the results following my surgery. Lenka my patient co-ordinator checked in with me through-out the varius stages and answered any questions pre or post op. The clinic the surgery was performed at was immaculate and kept spotlessly clean.

Lenka, my surgery coordinator, was in touch with me from the moment I decided to have blepharoplasty at the Medicom Clinic by Dr. Pavel Popelka. Lenka arranged everything from A to Z and I knew I could contact her if I had any problems, I really appreciated it. The surgery went quickly and smoothly, the post operation medication, recommendations and a discharge letter for my GP were given. In total I spent 6 days in Prague and even managed to enjoy the beauty of the city, as a wonderful addition to my long-planned procedure. I definitely recommend Medicom Clinic.
