Professional and painless From start to finish I felt informed of all processes. Correspondence was exceptional. I got an answer to all my questions on the day I asked them. The service provided to me was outstanding. And the whole process start to finish was efficient and no time wasting. Every member of staff behaved very proffessional.and the procedure itself was weird but completely painless which pleased me very much as I didnt opt to pay extra for the laser part. I'm still getting used to my new world but already I'm so very pleased.

Lenka, my surgery coordinator, was in touch with me from the moment I decided to have blepharoplasty at the Medicom Clinic by Dr. Pavel Popelka. Lenka arranged everything from A to Z and I knew I could contact her if I had any problems, I really appreciated it. The surgery went quickly and smoothly, the post operation medication, recommendations and a discharge letter for my GP were given. In total I spent 6 days in Prague and even managed to enjoy the beauty of the city, as a wonderful addition to my long-planned procedure. I definitely recommend Medicom Clinic.

2nd procedure through Praga Medica with absolutely no regrets Very informative before procedures & afterwards, with guidance throughout. Spotless clinics with great English speakers. 2nd procedure done recently. Would have no hesitation to go through this company again, and I have highly recommended to others. I felt super good staying there with them, they give me all the information in a very clear menner and everyone was focused also in the small details. I really enjoyed it, everything was amazing!

HIghly recommended I would definitely recommend Praga Medica. I cannot fault the service and care I received. I was hesitant at first about going abroad, but I needn't have worried. Everything ran smoothly from being picked up from the airport, taken to the hotel, being met and shown the way to the clinic which was just a short walk away, having an interpreter at each examination, having everything explained, the surgery itself, and follow up contact afterwards, brilliant service and care throughout.
