Exceptional Products and Experience These came by recommendation, so I decided to give them a shot. To say I was impressed with the quality and customer service, would be an understatement. First the product, solid, outstanding lights, much better than a CFL or old school light and definitely better than the led you can get at the store. They are exceptional and I can not recommend enough. Second the service, super fast shipping, plus, I was having issues making the payment (because I missed something, how embarrassing) I reached out to customer service and they were so kind and patient, they didn’t make me feel stupid for making a stupid oversight and got the order processed in minutes. Lighting Engineer The lighting engineer, Peter Kohlert, is "First Class!!!" He is Very Knowledgeable and focuses entirely on the customer needs and questions. He readily researched which LED lights I should use for a Sports Facility. He even ran Photometrics to be sure that the light distribution as well as the light intensity was evenly distributed throughout the space. He made sure that the lights were readily available and used a shipping compant that delivered the lights within 4 days of ordering! He is patient, professional, and truly likeable!
