Exceptional Products and Experience These came by recommendation, so I decided to give them a shot. To say I was impressed with the quality and customer service, would be an understatement. First the product, solid, outstanding lights, much better than a CFL or old school light and definitely better than the led you can get at the store. They are exceptional and I can not recommend enough. Second the service, super fast shipping, plus, I was having issues making the payment (because I missed something, how embarrassing) I reached out to customer service and they were so kind and patient, they didn’t make me feel stupid for making a stupid oversight and got the order processed in minutes. This is definitely a great company to deal with! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! 10/10!!!!

Problem solved! Superb customer support. I was having a problem ordering through the web (my error) I used the chat option and was assisted almost immediately by a sales rep that helped me figure out what to do and answered questions about the product. Great customer support, knowledgeable and efficient.
