Lighting Engineer The lighting engineer, Peter Kohlert, is "First Class!!!" He is Very Knowledgeable and focuses entirely on the customer needs and questions. He readily researched which LED lights I should use for a Sports Facility. He even ran Photometrics to be sure that the light distribution as well as the light intensity was evenly distributed throughout the space. He made sure that the lights were readily available and used a shipping compant that delivered the lights within 4 days of ordering! He is patient, professional, and truly likeable!

I had a question about which bulbs to use so I reached out and someone in support was able to match my current lights with the correct new replacement LED lights. They also had a wide range of wattage and colors, which I appreciated. The pricing is unmatched, shipping was fast and everything arrived to me securely wrapped with zero damage.

Above and beyond First, they offered to do a lighting analysis free of obligation while I was just browsing their website. The did several iterations for me and the results were very helpful in deciding the type and quantity of lights for a remodel. After ordering lights, I realized that I might not be home when they were going to be delivered so one of the folks managed to get the shipping address changed even though it was shipping from some place other than their warehouse. All in all, I'd say these people go above and beyond to provide customer service. Plus their prices are quite competitive.
