I had a question about which bulbs to use so I reached out and someone in support was able to match my current lights with the correct new replacement LED lights. They also had a wide range of wattage and colors, which I appreciated. The pricing is unmatched, shipping was fast and everything arrived to me securely wrapped with zero damage.

Paid for two lights but only one was… I originally ordered two lights but unfortunately only one was shipped. After alerting Commercial LED to the problem they promptly corrected the error and sent out the second light. In addition they totally refunded the cost of one of the lights and apologized for the error. While it did put me slightly behind schedule it was a minor inconvenience and they were very helpful getting it resolved. Lights are now in and work great. Will be shopping again in the future. I was having a problem ordering through the web (my error) I used the chat option and was assisted almost immediately by a sales rep that helped me figure out what to do and answered questions about the product. Great customer support, knowledgeable and efficient.

120W LED Wall PAck 5000K AMAZING!!!!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the 120W Commercial LED Wall Pack w/ Integrated Photocell | 16,800 Lumens | 5000K enough!! I installed at my self storage facility and our lot is brighter than the car lot across the street! Only issue I had was that I never received an emailed receipt. Thank you.
