Shipping only free if delivering to a business I didn't like that your website touts "FREE DELIVERY! FREE DELIVERY!" all through the shopping experience. Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.

They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would.
