Wanted to buy a hose for my grain vac… Wanted to buy a hose for my grain vac and was told I needed to fill out paperwork for tax exemption, next morning I received the email, filled it out never heard anything so I called talked to the same person as the day before, he told me he would call me that evening or the next morning that I could get my hose ordered. I never received a call 2 days later I ordered a hose from another company and they shipped it the same day. I guess you's don't need the business your making enough money.

You had the hose sizes in stock and the… You had the hose sizes in stock and the lengths I needed. Straightforward website to go through and find the type of hose and size you need. I'm replacing the hoses for a Trac-Vac, it's your choice but to add a note somewhere saying the hoses work on Trac-Vac is up to you. I have purchased from you before for a different debris vac hose and I'm very happy with it and has lasted longer then the OEM hose, and I have no doubt the hoses I just ordered will out perform the original Trac-Vac hoses.

Shipping only free if delivering to a business I didn't like that your website touts "FREE DELIVERY! FREE DELIVERY!" all through the shopping experience. Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.

Great communication and service!! The company responded to my inquiry and purchase in a timely manner. They laid out a timeline for the delivery and who would be delivering my product. They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would. I am 100% confident in ordering from this company again.
