Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.

I never received a call 2 days later I ordered a hose from another company and they shipped it the same day. I guess you's don't need the business your making enough money.
