They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would. Shipping only free if delivering to a business I didn't like that your website touts "FREE DELIVERY! FREE DELIVERY!" all through the shopping experience. Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.

Was able to call up and speak to a live… Was able to call up and speak to a live person, at a company that hasn't outsourced their customer service overseas. The individual was knowledgeable on there products, took my order and the order was shipped the next day. I will continue to support this American company.
