Trustpilot, the feedback solicitor is lame. Soliciting feedback before the item even ships is lame. Yes, I saw the disclaimer in the solicitation. It is still lame. I blame their feedback provider TRUSTPILOT. The hose guys are just stuck with a lame feedback provider. Was two stars, now 5 stars because they really went overboard to do everything else.

Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. I'm replacing the hoses for a Trac-Vac, it's your choice but to add a note somewhere saying the hoses work on Trac-Vac is up to you. I have purchased from you before for a different debris vac hose and I'm very happy with it and has lasted longer then the OEM hose, and I have no doubt the hoses I just ordered will out perform the original Trac-Vac hoses.
