GBGreat communication and service!! The company responded to my inquiry and purchase in a timely manner. They laid out a timeline for the delivery and who would be delivering my product. They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would. I am 100% confident in ordering from this company again.

GBShipping only free if delivering to a business I didn't like that your website touts "FREE DELIVERY! FREE DELIVERY!" all through the shopping experience. Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.

GBa well made product, but are we there yet? a well made product, but you may need to address the delivery service that was used. fedex said package would be here on monday (3/18), but didn't receive it until friday (3/22)!

GBWas able to call up and speak to a live⦠Was able to call up and speak to a live person, at a company that hasn't outsourced their customer service overseas. The individual was knowledgeable on there products, took my order and the order was shipped the next day. I will continue to support this American company.

GBTrustpilot, the feedback solicitor is lame. Soliciting feedback before the item even ships is lame. Yes, I saw the disclaimer in the solicitation. It is still lame. I blame their feedback provider TRUSTPILOT. The hose guys are just stuck with a lame feedback provider. Was two stars, now 5 stars because they really went overboard to do everything else.
