They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would. Trustpilot, the feedback solicitor is lame. Soliciting feedback before the item even ships is lame. Yes, I saw the disclaimer in the solicitation. It is still lame. I blame their feedback provider TRUSTPILOT. The hose guys are just stuck with a lame feedback provider. Was two stars, now 5 stars because they really went overboard to do everything else.
