GBWanted to buy a hose for my grain vac… Wanted to buy a hose for my grain vac and was told I needed to fill out paperwork for tax exemption, next morning I received the email, filled it out never heard anything so I called talked to the same person as the day before, he told me he would call me that evening or the next morning that I could get my hose ordered. I never received a call 2 days later I ordered a hose from another company and they shipped it the same day. I guess you's don't need the business your making enough money.

GBShipping only free if delivering to a business I didn't like that your website touts "FREE DELIVERY! FREE DELIVERY!" all through the shopping experience. Then, when I finally decide to go through with the purchase, there's a shipping charge with some fine print about business versus home delivery. Also, my shipment seems to be hung up about 2 hours away in Susanville, Ca for the past two days.
