They sent two email updates to let me know everthing was on schedule. My product arrived (on a Sunday, ecen) right when the company said it would. THIS is the hose you need!!! The hose you sent was for extreme leaf vacuuming. It is holding up 1000 times better than the hose that came with my leaf vacuum. I can't begin to tell you how much time and energy you have saved me with your EXCELLENT product - thank you so very much!

Wanted to buy a hose for my grain vac… Wanted to buy a hose for my grain vac and was told I needed to fill out paperwork for tax exemption, next morning I received the email, filled it out never heard anything so I called talked to the same person as the day before, he told me he would call me that evening or the next morning that I could get my hose ordered. I never received a call 2 days later I ordered a hose from another company and they shipped it the same day. I guess you's don't need the business your making enough money.
