I appreciate how well made each product… I appreciate how well made each product is. I also like the videos that are given to help guide me through steps. I also enjoy the options that are given for me to choose out of and how well priced they are compared to other companies.

Smaller locomotive and tender & large pendulum clock The wood used in these smaller models is very thin and very brittle. The wood also tends to delaminate. It only takes a very small amount of pressure to break the wood. The larger clock model had an issue with alignment. The clock hands tended to hang up on the clock face.

Had 2 pieces break Had 2 pieces break, and they replaced them very quickly. I was able to use their online messaging tool to request the replacements, and I expected it to to take forever to receive the pieces. I was pleasantly surprised.

Pieces don't fit well and break easily Pieces don't fit well and break easily. Never got to finish the airship because wood pieces snapped when breaking them loose from the original board.
