Great customer service! Missing one piece from a build I got for Christmas and the customer service was oustanding! I took a picture of what I was missing (from the printed layout) and I had the piece less than a week later. This is definitely a well ran company that takes care if the customer!

Fast Response When assembling a Sunshine Town Bookend, I broke the on/off switch for the lights. I contacted Hands Craft and received an immediate response. The part I needed was received within a week at no charge. You can’t get much better customer service than that!
