GBI love FashionGo … I love FashionGo …. Your customer service is great. I have 2 concerns regarding your Vendors - I would really like to be able to touch photos and enlarge them on my iPhone while searching …Also, I struggle with a few great companies that I really need their help on an order & they struggle to communicate in sentences with me because they don’t speak English on Chat & I can’t follow or understand what their trying to explain. I can not do business with them, without knowing availability of different styles and ship dates, when needing clothing for fashion shows etc…It Would really help if we could speak directly to them by phone!! Thank you.

GBTerrible customer service. No. It’s all good until there is a problem. I ordered from San Souci. Order came damaged and missing most of the items ordered. FashionGo does nothing to hold the vendor accountable. Weeks have gone by with no resolution. Use Faire instead where you are supported as a buyer.

GBSo far so good So far so good. I've had to watch the quality of clothing from vendors as well. That meant me making sure I know the material AND looking at the return policy. I'd love to travel to all these markets. But that's just not feasible. When I get good quality from one vendor, I will repetitively shop from them.
