My experience with FashionGo has been a… My experience with FashionGo has been a love hate. I honestly give it a 5 stars because their customers service is AMAZING!!! I’ve called in so many times weather I get the same rep or a different rep, they really all take the time to answer my question. I even get calls back which is rare because most companies with say they did but no voicemail or email follow up. The platform on the other hand really needs to stop changing with no notice. It makes it really hard for business.

Often times, sizes are not true and the vendor should afford options to buyers which sizes they select vice offering the standard 6 pack (2sm/2med/2 larges).... We should be able to pick the sizes best suited for our business market. I understand some vendors do offer this functionality, but everyone should offer the flexibility. Thanks!
