Overall great experience for retail… Overall great experience for retail entrepreneurs. However, I'm still mastering figuring out which vendor offers best quality and true sizes. Often times, sizes are not true and the vendor should afford options to buyers which sizes they select vice offering the standard 6 pack (2sm/2med/2 larges).... We should be able to pick the sizes best suited for our business market. I understand some vendors do offer this functionality, but everyone should offer the flexibility. Thanks!

The huge selection of vendors is absolutely the BEST, and my customers cannot get enough of FashionGo's products! Amazing products? Check! Convenient to use? Check! Fast customer service? You bet. I really love their customer service I really love their customer service. Very helpful and when they say they will get back to you they actually do. System can use some work as far and glitches but other then that FashionGo has and will always be my number one favorite place to shop for my store.

I love FashionGo … I love FashionGo …. Your customer service is great. I have 2 concerns regarding your Vendors - I would really like to be able to touch photos and enlarge them on my iPhone while searching …Also, I struggle with a few great companies that I really need their help on an order & they struggle to communicate in sentences with me because they don’t speak English on Chat & I can’t follow or understand what their trying to explain. I can not do business with them, without knowing availability of different styles and ship dates, when needing clothing for fashion shows etc…It Would really help if we could speak directly to them by phone!! Thank you.

Terrible customer service. No. It’s all good until there is a problem. I ordered from San Souci. Order came damaged and missing most of the items ordered. FashionGo does nothing to hold the vendor accountable. Weeks have gone by with no resolution. Use Faire instead where you are supported as a buyer.
