Terrible customer service. No. It’s all good until there is a problem. I ordered from San Souci. Order came damaged and missing most of the items ordered. FashionGo does nothing to hold the vendor accountable. Weeks have gone by with no resolution. Use Faire instead where you are supported as a buyer.

I have enjoyed my buying experience… I have enjoyed my buying experience with Fashion go. The selection and search process is very easy. The vendors that I buy from have been quick to reply and available by phone. Each time I have ordered I'm overly satisfied with my merchandise. I recommend them,

Overall great experience for retail… Overall great experience for retail entrepreneurs. However, I'm still mastering figuring out which vendor offers best quality and true sizes. Often times, sizes are not true and the vendor should afford options to buyers which sizes they select vice offering the standard 6 pack (2sm/2med/2 larges).... We should be able to pick the sizes best suited for our business market. I understand some vendors do offer this functionality, but everyone should offer the flexibility. Thanks!
