After struggling to find a perfectly sized pair of half moon side diamonds, Israel Diamonds patiently gave me almost a dozen options to choose from. They then offered to custom cut an existing pair of diamonds for me to make the size exactly right. They did this at no extra cost and the results were 10/10 perfect.
