They then offered to custom cut an existing pair of diamonds for me to make the size exactly right. They did this at no extra cost and the results were 10/10 perfect.

Fair Value OK, so the Website really sucks! And paying for my stones was a bit of a hassle. The stones themselves are fantastic. And the price was $150-$200 less (per stone) than anywhere else for the same cut, color, grade, etc. The stones are exactly as promised and beautiful. I don't care how good lab created thinks it is, but nothing beats a natural diamond with no visible inclusions.

Rude, impolite employees. Offered some loose stones to them for sale, without any reason or acknowledgement they closed the chat and blocked responses. Weird and unprofessional.
