Fair Value OK, so the Website really sucks! And paying for my stones was a bit of a hassle. The stones themselves are fantastic. And the price was $150-$200 less (per stone) than anywhere else for the same cut, color, grade, etc. The stones are exactly as promised and beautiful. I don't care how good lab created thinks it is, but nothing beats a natural diamond with no visible inclusions.

My own diamonds, gifts for daughter and daughter-in-laws and helping my sons and son-in-law buy engagement rings. I don’t generally do endorsements but feel strongly that people understand this company is the real deal. Learn a little about diamonds (they can help if you need it), and work with them in what you want. They will work diligently to help, and you will not be disappointed.

Overall good experience Order received within two or three days and communication was really good/timely. I received follow up emails to confirm the shipment was received and that everything was as ordered. Pricing was also competitive and the product received aligned with what was advertised on the website.
