Use it for BJJ/Grappling and Muay Thai resistance training and can really feel it. Love it so much I’m ordering the next size down so I can incorporate speed workouts too.

The best bad for workout yet I’ve used all different types of rubber bands my entire martial arts career. Though never found a band that was reliable and so strong. Gives you a great workout that will get you breathing pretty quick.
