AUI like pure sense iPad case I like pure sense iPad case, it is very light weigh, really good, easy, and safe for my child to carry. Their customer services are worth seven star, very friendly, patiently. I would like to recommend to my friends for sure.

GBOne to avoid. I ordered a case which wasn't even dispatched within stated delivery time. No contact to let me know what was happening; I had to chase them. When I got a reply from them they blamed Chinese new year (nothing mentioned about this at time of order) and offered to refund half the purchase price. That hasn't happened and my emails aren't being responded to. I explained that the case was for a child with severe SEN and that the delay was really detrimental for them, and there was no apology about that. Absolutely dreadful customer service.

GBI asked for a refund I asked for a refund. I ordered the wrong size case. And I realized it after I hit the purchase button so I hadn't even received the item yet. I received the whole refund in full. Thank you so much Puresensecases for being a wonderful company and for the full refund even though it was my mistake. I will be using your site in the future.
