Good one The case on the whole looks and feels great.. the screen protector is quite tricky to apply.. i personally couldn't put it on by myself.. wasted one of it.. thankfully the pack comes with an additional screen protector.. hope to get it fixed by experts!

Great product Great product, as expected. Fast delivery. Product reasonably priced, but shipping too expensive. Only caveat to the product is that the new iPads with the swiping up function are not necessarily perfectly suited for this product as the swiping up doesn’t work half the time because of the thick edges

A Good Case Sorry for the misunderstanding. It's easy to overlook the "business" days when your shipping time is 14 business days. It did arrive near the end of that window. You might consider having trust pilot wait until after the 14 day window to send the request for review. It was sitting in my inbox quite a while before I received the case. The case is working great. My daughter handles it just fine. We plan to mainly use the strap in the car, so it is a little inconvenient to have the straps attach to the case with looping that will not be quick to implement. We might improvise with some hooks.

I asked for a refund I asked for a refund. I ordered the wrong size case. And I realized it after I hit the purchase button so I hadn't even received the item yet. I received the whole refund in full. Thank you so much Puresensecases for being a wonderful company and for the full refund even though it was my mistake. I will be using your site in the future.
