Arrived very quickly Couldn't buy this product from a retailer in Australia so purchased directly from the Pure Sense website. Arrived to our address in Australia via FedEx in three days, that is better than the time most Australian retailers can deliver in. We have had the product before, this was a new case for a new iPad. It is a great product for kids and Im not aware of an equivalent product with any other manufacturer.

Fast delivery of a fantastic product Fast delivery of a fantastic product. Extremely easy to fit iPad and strap is easily adjustable as well. Our students love the bright colours. Very sturdy and functional at the same time. No more worries about broken iPads!

Bad screen protector The actual case is nice, but the screen protector is terrible. If this is for kids, they should sell a glass screen protector with the case to ensure proper protection of the screen.

iPad case is great. Customer service even better! Great product and price. Unfortunately, the case did not fit our iPad. Apparently I did not know the generation ours was…. My error as it is stated in the description. However, sent an email for a refund and response was within minutes, super responsive and refund issued immediately. 100% will order again when I get a newer iPad.

One to avoid. I ordered a case which wasn't even dispatched within stated delivery time. No contact to let me know what was happening; I had to chase them. When I got a reply from them they blamed Chinese new year (nothing mentioned about this at time of order) and offered to refund half the purchase price. That hasn't happened and my emails aren't being responded to. I explained that the case was for a child with severe SEN and that the delay was really detrimental for them, and there was no apology about that. Absolutely dreadful customer service.
