USKeep communicating if you have an issue If you, for some reason, do not receive payment keep reaching out to this group. I did and received a text this morning with prompt payment for my phone. Their claim was a glitch in the system and I hope that was the case. I think my problems were not the norm as many have had positive interactions. Thank you, Daniel, for resolving this month old issue!

Daniel is really committed to fixing mistakes and he texted me and reminded me to set up a way to send payment. I haven't had that good of follow up with any company since I can remember. Normally, I wouldn’t leave a review solely based on my customer service experience, but this was by far the best I’ve ever had. Outstanding communication.

USLess $$ for device than promised The original offer for my Samsung S10 5G was $110 in good condition. They updated it to "broken" condition several days (not the 24 hours as they claim) after it was delivered and lowered the price to $74, claiming the battery tested bad. This device was purchased new a few months ago and only used for 1 month while overseas. I do believe they are claiming a lot of devices are in worse condition than what individuals describe them as just to pay them less. They did offer to send my device back to me, but i took the lesser offer just to get it over with. I will never be using them again, and advise anyone against using them.

USCommunication Difficulties Rec'd an email that they adjusted their offer and I responded by accepting their offer. Have not hear from them after numerous emails back to them. Called and issue was resolved in a very timely manner.
