Great Customer Service & Follow-Through! Long story short, when I sent my phone to ClicknCell, there had been some mixup. I received an email about a completely different phone and never heard back from that email chain. I was a bit sketched out that I had been scammed, but called the customer service number. The gentleman on the other end was very apologetic, courteous and helpful. He got things sorted out within a few minutes and even direclty processed the payout for my phone. I would 100% trust ClicknCell again in the future.

revision of a previous review originally i wrote a review that wasn't the best..i was having a hard time getting in contact with customer service..i didn't have the phone i sent them or any payment for it..i have since been contacted from someone that was very nice and apologetic for the non- communication..they addressed my issue and gave me a couple choices and in the end everything has been worked out. i don't feel they purposely ignored me..it was probably just a mistake and mistakes happen. thanks again for all the help click n cell.
