Their claim was a glitch in the system and I hope that was the case. I think my problems were not the norm as many have had positive interactions. GBGreat Customer Service & Follow-Through! Long story short, when I sent my phone to ClicknCell, there had been some mixup. I received an email about a completely different phone and never heard back from that email chain. I was a bit sketched out that I had been scammed, but called the customer service number. The gentleman on the other end was very apologetic, courteous and helpful. He got things sorted out within a few minutes and even direclty processed the payout for my phone. I would 100% trust ClicknCell again in the future.

GBLess $$ for device than promised The original offer for my Samsung S10 5G was $110 in good condition. They updated it to "broken" condition several days (not the 24 hours as they claim) after it was delivered and lowered the price to $74, claiming the battery tested bad. This device was purchased new a few months ago and only used for 1 month while overseas. I do believe they are claiming a lot of devices are in worse condition than what individuals describe them as just to pay them less. They did offer to send my device back to me, but i took the lesser offer just to get it over with. I will never be using them again, and advise anyone against using them.
