I do NOT recommend using this website I do NOT recommend using this website. I’m being told my flawless device has damage to reduce the payment price. I know for a fact that my device did NOT have any damage, just to confirm I reviewed all my photos and videos to make sure. Nonetheless, my device has no damage whatsoever. Do better than I did and avoid the hassle I’m having to deal with.

GBPoor communication/ Is the company still in business? I was quoted one price for the purchase of my phone from Clickncell but when they received the phone they dramatically reduced the offer because they say the battery life is showing reduced. After the lowball offer I asked for my phone back through their site on 3.29.2024. I sent them messages each week asking for tracking or updates on when it will ship and as of today 4.28.2024 they still have not responded. It's a shame that I have to leave negative public reviews to get a situation resolved but this is where we are in this transaction.

GBKeep communicating if you have an issue If you, for some reason, do not receive payment keep reaching out to this group. I did and received a text this morning with prompt payment for my phone. Their claim was a glitch in the system and I hope that was the case. I think my problems were not the norm as many have had positive interactions. Thank you, Daniel, for resolving this month old issue!

GBMixed Experience, but I got paid... I had a mixed experience with Clickncell...The Good: I got paid more than any other site was offering for my device. The Not-So-Good: Their system leaves a lot to be desired. While I got the mailing label right away, The assessment and payment process took a long time, and needed careful monitoring. My device was received on a Saturday, but I kept getting emails looking for my device for days afterward, my call and emails in return not getting responses. I finally got an assessment email confirming my device met their standards and was worth what was originally quoted, which I had to accept (why should I need to accept if it was correct?). Then there were payment issues...I requested payout via paypal which they said their processor was having issues with, I offered Venmo as an alternative which I was told would take 1-3 days. 5 days later and still no payment, was getting concerned. I call and spoke to a nice fellow named Daniel who finally got everything sorted out and paid via Venmo right away. The whole process took 10 days, not the paid within 24 hours of receipt they advertise on their site, but I did get paid and more than other sites.
