Delivered #SB2578864 UPDATE: After about three weeks they reshipped due to my possible package getting lost or not being shipped and finally it was delivered last Saturday! I was worried at first but Science.bio was pretty responsive and offered me store credit on multiple occasions for the inconvenience. Will most likely purchase from them again.

Likely a scam Likely a scam. Was a reputable source years ago. No responses from support. Reddit is full if similar stories. Lots of canceled orders or otherwise ghosted shipments. Beware.

order #SB2588120 I had order #SB2588120 canceled and offered store credit, so I emailed them asking if I could change the product or if they could continue with my order again, the first email (the cancellation one) was replied after a few hours, but since it's been 24 hours and nothing, hope they can help. update1: received an email shortly after, got the credits, now just wait until arrival. Update2: received the package 3 days after, I would definitely recommend science.bio, they are very profesional and reliable 10/10

Slow shipping and poor customer service Lately, they have had very poor customer service likely because they are closing. I paid for a priority shipment and for some reason the shipment was returned to them by the courier. This was not at all my fault. They reshipped it, but by standard USPS shipping and no refund has been issued for the priority shipping. The shipment was eventually received though it took longer than expected.
