Slow shipping and poor customer service Lately, they have had very poor customer service likely because they are closing. I paid for a priority shipment and for some reason the shipment was returned to them by the courier. This was not at all my fault. They reshipped it, but by standard USPS shipping and no refund has been issued for the priority shipping. The shipment was eventually received though it took longer than expected.

Watch out Watch out! My order showed as shipped but FedEx shows as not received. I contacted support and received a reply but no action was taken. I will cancel my credit card payment. Very disappointed!!

Update2: received the package 3 days after, I would definitely recommend science.bio, they are very profesional and reliable 10/10

There selection is one of the biggest I’ve seen and they are of a high quality. Only once have I experienced an order getting lost during it’s transport from the States to Denmark. Luckily support from Science Bio fastly send me a new package free of charge after I told them about the failed delivery.
