My order did initially get stuck in the shipping queue but customer support was kind enough upgrade my shipping to High Priority at no cost to myself. Lastly, customer support at ScienceBio.com were willing at the last second to adjust my order simply in an effort to accommodate my sometimes prickly demands. Science Bio are a company that is held… Science Bio are a company that is held in high regard in the Nootropic Community and in my experience they live up to it. There selection is one of the biggest I’ve seen and they are of a high quality. Only once have I experienced an order getting lost during it’s transport from the States to Denmark. Luckily support from Science Bio fastly send me a new package free of charge after I told them about the failed delivery.

order #SB2588120 I had order #SB2588120 canceled and offered store credit, so I emailed them asking if I could change the product or if they could continue with my order again, the first email (the cancellation one) was replied after a few hours, but since it's been 24 hours and nothing, hope they can help. update1: received an email shortly after, got the credits, now just wait until arrival. Update2: received the package 3 days after, I would definitely recommend science.bio, they are very profesional and reliable 10/10

Paid, No Update or Response Update: Got a response & received order quickly. Cannot not speak on quality of product just yet. I placed an order with Science.bio, paid, received confirmation of the order being processed and nothing. No same-day shipping and after reaching out to support several times, still no response. If anyone else has bad experiences with this source or other ones, please contact me, I will be publishing a blog focused on identifying both bad and good sources.

Watch out Watch out! My order showed as shipped but FedEx shows as not received. I contacted support and received a reply but no action was taken. I will cancel my credit card payment. Very disappointed!!
