GB6 Weeks into the program Roughly six weeks into the program I have lost weight, gained strength and overall I feel better. Given my level of health and fitness coming in, I feel the custom modifications made have been right on target with what I need to improve my overall fitness. The nutrition side of the program is straight forward and easy to follow. I can honestly say that I have not been hungry at all following the program. The support of the coaches and fellow members is excellent. I was very surprised to receive support, advice, and all around positive encouragement from people I have never met. The only bond being we are all part of group. My coach (Rich) is extremely knowledgeable in fitness, and even easily handled every question my Occupational Therapist wife could throw at him. I was very hesitant in the beginning, but now I feel joining Kettlebell Transformation was one of the best things I could have done to improve my health and fitness.

GBLifechanging experience This has been a great experience for me! The owners and coaches provide a step by step program that I can plug into. They offer one on one training and feedback throughout the entire process. The feedback has been crucial to my success in this program. The accountability we have in this group is exceptional. I love seeing everyone else’s success and it pushes me to work harder even when I don’t have my A game that day. So far I’ve lost over 32kg s and I’m getting stronger everyday just by following their system. This has been a life changing experience for me in many ways.

GBGreat so far! I’m 8 weeks into the program and am enjoying it. I’ve noticed body composition changes in my shoulders, arms and chest already. The nutrition component has been informative and easier to adhere to than I originally thought. I am eager to see what my results will be at the end of the program in another 8 weeks.

GBTop Tier Coaching I am not the average student of KT. I didn't sign up to lose weight. Instead, I use it for the community and the coaching staff. My goals were to get the elite and above levels with my bells. KT has gotten me there with nearly all of the 6 classic KB lifts/exercises. I wouldn't have gotten there without the KT coaching staff. They figured out my personal plan to achieve all my goals in a way that diminished my risk of injury while still excelling at the lifts. I wouldn't trade the experience for any other coaching that I've received. For context, I've had professional coaching for over 12 years.
