Kettlebell Transformation and Mastery… Kettlebell Transformation and Mastery have been the solution that I have always wanted and just had never found. Working on my own, with other systems and equipment just never brought on any favorable results. This system, the coaches and the community absolutely whole heartedly have created the most structured, simplistic, and result oriented regimen I have ever found. I just can't say enough about the unbelievable results from this comprehensive program. THIS is the way! Until you have tried and failed other ways, you will not be able to full understand exactly what this gives! So save the frustration and invest in yourself!!!

7 weeks in working with KB… 7 weeks in working with KB Transformation and it has been great! The personal coaching, video demonstrations and community connections have made a huge difference. Also tracking everything through their app makes it easy to follow the program and stay on track.

KT works KT has been wonderful because it got me to do what I’ve been needing to do for years. The program is made for you and all you need to do is show up. My calls with BJH have been awesome. I appreciate his approach to coaching in a personal manner. Grant and Sean are consistently encouraging and it feels good to be doing something hard successfully with other men, in the same boat.

Simplicity and Effectiveness The simplicity and effectiveness of it is the programs greatest asset. Trim the fat (pun not intended but quite appropriate) and get rid of all the fancy flipping of the kettlebell etc. That won't help you get stronger and lose fat. This program doesn't just build foundations, it fortifies and emphasizes them. That is it's greatest strength. Simplicity and effectiveness.

Top Tier Coaching I am not the average student of KT. I didn't sign up to lose weight. Instead, I use it for the community and the coaching staff. My goals were to get the elite and above levels with my bells. KT has gotten me there with nearly all of the 6 classic KB lifts/exercises. I wouldn't have gotten there without the KT coaching staff. They figured out my personal plan to achieve all my goals in a way that diminished my risk of injury while still excelling at the lifts. I wouldn't trade the experience for any other coaching that I've received. For context, I've had professional coaching for over 12 years.
