GBKT Transformation Program and Team The KT Transformation team, process, training, and community are hands down the best fitness community I have been a part of since my 12 years on the US Olympic water polo team. The coaches are knowledgeable, patient, persistent, motivational and realistic as well. Coach Peter specifically has changed my life. I want to not only hit my goals and keep progressing but even want to be a coach one day. This program has brought back my enthusiasm for fitness and has literally reversed my terrible blood work results from January. Praise these guys and the supportive community.

GBGreat so far! I’m 8 weeks into the program and am enjoying it. I’ve noticed body composition changes in my shoulders, arms and chest already. The nutrition component has been informative and easier to adhere to than I originally thought. I am eager to see what my results will be at the end of the program in another 8 weeks.

GBYoung, strong, and feeling great KT is just an all around great program. A community of guys dedicated to their health which then turns into a whole life turn around in a positive way. It's a common sense discipline solution to help you achieve your goals of fitness and sustain your Results.. The community in KT helps push you to get your workouts in and provide encouragement when you need it. It is a social based program that is a community of cheerleaders that pushes you to be better than you were yesterday.

GBSimplicity and Effectiveness The simplicity and effectiveness of it is the programs greatest asset. Trim the fat (pun not intended but quite appropriate) and get rid of all the fancy flipping of the kettlebell etc. That won't help you get stronger and lose fat. This program doesn't just build foundations, it fortifies and emphasizes them. That is it's greatest strength. Simplicity and effectiveness.
