Kettlebell Transformation is a coaching system designed to help guys implement daily healthy behaviors, KB strength training, and lifelong nutrition practices. We are a community of men from around the world who positively support each other while maintaining accountability. Our guys are here to be better for themselves, their families, and their businesses. And they know taking care of their personal health is an integral component of a thriving life.

Lifechanging experience This has been a great experience for me! The owners and coaches provide a step by step program that I can plug into. They offer one on one training and feedback throughout the entire process. The feedback has been crucial to my success in this program. The accountability we have in this group is exceptional. I love seeing everyone else’s success and it pushes me to work harder even when I don’t have my A game that day. So far I’ve lost over 32kg s and I’m getting stronger everyday just by following their system. This has been a life changing experience for me in many ways.

Young, strong, and feeling great KT is just an all around great program. A community of guys dedicated to their health which then turns into a whole life turn around in a positive way. I'm stronger, more energy, more dedicated to eating better food and the kids are watching me as a role model do this program. I enjoy kettlebell workouts and the fact I don't have to go to a gym. 6 Weeks into the program Roughly six weeks into the program I have lost weight, gained strength and overall I feel better. Given my level of health and fitness coming in, I feel the custom modifications made have been right on target with what I need to improve my overall fitness. The nutrition side of the program is straight forward and easy to follow. I can honestly say that I have not been hungry at all following the program. The support of the coaches and fellow members is excellent. I was very surprised to receive support, advice, and all around positive encouragement from people I have never met. The only bond being we are all part of group. My coach (Rich) is extremely knowledgeable in fitness, and even easily handled every question my Occupational Therapist wife could throw at him. I was very hesitant in the beginning, but now I feel joining Kettlebell Transformation was one of the best things I could have done to improve my health and fitness.

Simplicity and Effectiveness The simplicity and effectiveness of it is the programs greatest asset. Trim the fat (pun not intended but quite appropriate) and get rid of all the fancy flipping of the kettlebell etc. That won't help you get stronger and lose fat. This program doesn't just build foundations, it fortifies and emphasizes them. That is it's greatest strength. Simplicity and effectiveness.

The KT team is fantastic The KT team is fantastic, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The coaches are very responsive with feedback regarding technique and nutrition, and their remote training sessions are terrific. I’ve done other training programs, and I’ve had by far the best results with this one due to the structure and nutrition plan. Anyone who is looking to get back on track with their fitness and nutrition should absolutely do this program because you build habits that you can carry on for life.
