The detailed workout ladders of weight and the one-on-one coaching that is provided is the best program I have ever done. The simple yet effective movement that the coaches are teaching has helped me drop significant weight and created a new routine that I can easily follow for any schedule that I have coming up. 10/10 Recommend. GBGreat so far! I’m 8 weeks into the program and am enjoying it. I’ve noticed body composition changes in my shoulders, arms and chest already. The nutrition component has been informative and easier to adhere to than I originally thought. I am eager to see what my results will be at the end of the program in another 8 weeks.

GBSimplicity and Effectiveness The simplicity and effectiveness of it is the programs greatest asset. Trim the fat (pun not intended but quite appropriate) and get rid of all the fancy flipping of the kettlebell etc. That won't help you get stronger and lose fat. This program doesn't just build foundations, it fortifies and emphasizes them. That is it's greatest strength. Simplicity and effectiveness.

GBTop Tier Coaching I am not the average student of KT. I didn't sign up to lose weight. Instead, I use it for the community and the coaching staff. My goals were to get the elite and above levels with my bells. KT has gotten me there with nearly all of the 6 classic KB lifts/exercises. I wouldn't have gotten there without the KT coaching staff. They figured out my personal plan to achieve all my goals in a way that diminished my risk of injury while still excelling at the lifts. I wouldn't trade the experience for any other coaching that I've received. For context, I've had professional coaching for over 12 years.

GBI’ve never had results like this before The fitness industry is a crowded space but Kettlebell Transformation is head-and-shoulders above any program I’ve ever tried.
