I had ordered many times from this… I had ordered many times from this company, but this last time I got ripped off. The orange shine company does not protect you if the company vendor rips you off. You’re on your own. So make sure when you order you look deep at the vendor you choose to order through. Because orange shine will only refer you to them. And then apologize and tell you what the vendor decided the buyer has no rights.

I placed a wrong size order I placed a wrong size order. Two days later I realized my mistake and reached out to see if it could be changed before shipping. Lisbeth was very prompt in responding to my dilemma and was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and get the correct sizes ordered before the wrong order was shipped.
