USI placed a wrong size order I placed a wrong size order. Two days later I realized my mistake and reached out to see if it could be changed before shipping. Lisbeth was very prompt in responding to my dilemma and was able to get in touch with the manufacturer and get the correct sizes ordered before the wrong order was shipped. I appreciated her promptness and her ability to understand my concern. She made my day!!

USStay away! Dangerous website I was always a fashiongo customer and but I thought of giving orangeshine a try. I tried placing an order then i get prompted by a message that I need to upload documents such as pictures of credit cards and sign releases of credit card, and ID pictures, this is all to place a purchase, who does this in 2020? If this is called security its actually the opposite! Uploading ID cards and a Credit cards pictures is dangerous! They haven't heard of website security and insurance extensions such as stripe or signifyd ?? Which made me suspicious about placing an order. If they can't manage a website i'm not trusting in giving them all of these documents. Ridiculous. Say away from Orangeshine and stick to FashionGo, it's safer, and they have the same suppliers anyway.
