The shoes fit perfect and is in great quality. Will buy from 21 exclusive brand again . I will be placing a new order for more items as soon as possible. Horrible experience Ordered a shirt, in Jan, shirt was on back order til Feb. Was told they didn't have my shirt and would give me 2 shirts of my choice. Was then told they were going to send out my shirts and was given a tracking number but it was only a label, nothing was ever sent. Tried contacting for over a month and got no response, finally when I talked about getting the BBB involved they canceled the order. Very unhappy with their shakey communication and false promises, I would not recommend this place.

Disappointing Disappointing they couldn’t resolve my order, by not shipping out my replacement shoes like they said they would on Sept 18. Never heard back while I was trying to reach out all week to get updates until this morning to confirm my order was canceled. Affirm refunded me back the loan I took to get this purchase. …So the part where you emailed me saying you would send me a replacement shoe was lie? I wonder why you never sent me the package…Thanks for replying back here instead of personally reaching back since Monday. Yet you didn’t ship my order like you said you would on Monday Sept 18. Why didn’t you?
