GBStarted shaky. Ended SOLID. Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.

GBI've been patient! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES ON September 27 2023. My order was shipped out on a few days later. Unfortunately it was lost by shipping company and I was now facing a claim. This claim lasted from September and wasn't resolved until December. The Shipping company paid to replaced the shoe which I am now still waiting on. It's now January 27th and I haven't received a call back from anyone in regards to my purchase. I've left multiple messages and voice messages but still nothing. No one should have to wait months for a purchase. I was contacted by Mr. Morgan on January 12th. He explained the situation and assured me that my shoes would be shipped out the following day. Her we are on January 28th and still no shoes. No one has contacted me since the 12th. I tried contacting them again and again for two more weeks and still no reply or email. This has been such an inconvenience.

AUI purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!
