I've been patient! I ORDERED A PAIR OF SHOES ON September 27 2023. My order was shipped out on a few days later. Unfortunately it was lost by shipping company and I was now facing a claim. This claim lasted from September and wasn't resolved until December. The Shipping company paid to replaced the shoe which I am now still waiting on. It's now January 27th and I haven't received a call back from anyone in regards to my purchase. I've left multiple messages and voice messages but still nothing. No one should have to wait months for a purchase. I was contacted by Mr. Morgan on January 12th. He explained the situation and assured me that my shoes would be shipped out the following day. Her we are on January 28th and still no shoes. No one has contacted me since the 12th. I tried contacting them again and again for two more weeks and still no reply or email. This has been such an inconvenience.

Well , like most everyone else that has searched the internet to see if 21 Exclusive Brand was legit, I too was also skeptical simply because there was only 1 review available to reassure people that they are indeed a real company with real products and services. After speaking with my dedicated account manager D Morgan , I can honestly say that I will be patronizing this company moving forward. Mr. Morgan’s professionalism , follow ups and personal touch points has made this entire transaction and purchase that much more positive. The shoes arrived in accordance with their policies and terms and were in pristine condition. The shoes are also 1000% authentic and original . The packaging was also very durable and like I said , I can’t wait to purchase more products from them. Anyone hesitating to pull the trigger, DONT !! You won’t be disappointed and you have a similar experience to my own , I guarantee it !!

The shoes fit perfect and is in great quality. Will buy from 21 exclusive brand again . I will be placing a new order for more items as soon as possible. This company is solid and I am happy to be a long term customer.

Scam-They dont have what they advertise. They try and source it out. Stay Away! It's been 31 days since I placed my order for some Air Jordan's. They never shipped. I called to cancel. Would you be ok with a business not shipping your order within a month, when they say they are in stock? Yeah, me neither. Stay away
