Scam-They dont have what they advertise. They try and source it out. Stay Away! It's been 31 days since I placed my order for some Air Jordan's. They never shipped. I called to cancel. Would you be ok with a business not shipping your order within a month, when they say they are in stock? Yeah, me neither. Stay away

Started shaky. Ended SOLID. Placed an order 2 months ago and still haven't received my shoes. I received a tracking number but it still has no delivery date. No one is responding to my messages. I have received no communication whatsoever from anyone. EDIT: Soon after, I was able to get in contact with customer service and the owner, G. Martin, directly communicated with me. Understandably, their were things beyond anyone's control that caused the delay and once that was communicated to me, I understood and was able to get a full refund. Because of the prompt service and maturation in which this was handled, I changed my review from 1 to 4 stars. 4 stars only because of the timetable but again I am willing to give 21 Exclusive Brand another chance. I have done business with them before and it was great. This time was just concerning but again, there were factors beyond anyone's control. The owner is a stand up guy, and I have the utmost respect for him and his business.

Disappointing Disappointing they couldn’t resolve my order, by not shipping out my replacement shoes like they said they would on Sept 18. Never heard back while I was trying to reach out all week to get updates until this morning to confirm my order was canceled. Affirm refunded me back the loan I took to get this purchase. …So the part where you emailed me saying you would send me a replacement shoe was lie? I wonder why you never sent me the package…Thanks for replying back here instead of personally reaching back since Monday. Yet you didn’t ship my order like you said you would on Monday Sept 18. Why didn’t you?
