Well , like most everyone else that has searched the internet to see if 21 Exclusive Brand was legit, I too was also skeptical simply because there was only 1 review available to reassure people that they are indeed a real company with real products and services. Mr. Morgan’s professionalism , follow ups and personal touch points has made this entire transaction and purchase that much more positive. The shoes arrived in accordance with their policies and terms and were in pristine condition. The shoes are also 1000% authentic and original . I purchased items on-line I purchased items on-line, which unfortunately included incorrect shipping fees which they debited my credit card account. They then went to ask for additional fees so I cancelled the order within days of my original purchase. They have made no effort to credit my card back and are now refusing to reply to my communications. Very poor customer experience. Do not buy from them!!
