USScam business If I had read the bad reviews before ordering with Owl Ohh, I wouldn't have ordered because they are all true. 1. Owl Ohh won't let you return an item without them approving it via email. But they won't reply to return requests. They haven't replied to 6 of the 7 emails I sent them in the last 2 months. The only email they replied to was when they asked to charge me additional money because their shipping was taking too long. The other emails, asking for a refund, have all been ignored. 2.The expedited shipping took a month to deliver and came way too late. 3. The thin material of the so-called sweatshirts is more like a shirt than a sweatshirt. 4. Their sizing is completely off. The kid's sizes were too big and most of the adults were way too small. 5. I have to guess the positive reviews are fake especially seeing that most of them have only reviewed this one business. It's also the only reviews Owl Ohh have responded to. Everyone should take note that Owl Ohh has not denied any of the claims from the negative reviews. It goes to show the truth. So if you're fine with poor quality, no customer service, slow shipping, and a website that lies about it's returns, then go ahead.

USDisappointed Christmas Gift I was disappointed in the item I received. I ordered a large, the item fit like a medium. The quality was poor, hem stitching was off so the sweatshirt did not lay correctly. In addition, I ordered the item on November 23rd to receive it in time for Christmas and it came the day after Christmas. This was after multiple emails I sent regarding the status of the item. I understand a return policy but an item that does not fit, is poor quality, and cannot be worn should be eligible for a return.

USWe ordered Christmas Sweaters from them… We ordered Christmas Sweaters from them early November and was very specific that we needed them for a Holiday Party on 12/15. It took them over a month to ship and we did not even get them until 12/21. We reached out numerous times in December and they kept saying we will get in time. After 12/15 we cancelled the order and had nothing but bad customer service and then they basically said, sorry no refunds or returns after the items are delivered. Horrible service, horrible product. Buyer beware.

USI ordered a Christmas gift in November… I ordered a Christmas gift in November which is PLENTY of time to arrive for Christmas. Today is 12/23 and after being told by the liars that work at Owl Ohh that 'be assured it will arrive before Christmas', I have now been told it will not. I too saw my order hung up in some bumf*ck Jamaica NY location FOR DAYS. Don't order from this company unless you have months to wait for your order.. maybe?

USTERRIBLE TERRIBLE. Ordered month ago, still sitting in some facility in Jamaica, NY. Been there for 3 wks (or so they say). Needless to say gson will not be getting his sweatshirt for x-mas. Be careful, things are not what they say...
