Vanilla whey superfuel This review is only in reference to the new formula vanilla superfuel. The taste and nutritional quality are 5 star. However, they need to figure out how to reduce the static cling of the powder when portioning. It's a mess to handle when compaired to the old formula or other brands of quality protein powder. This is 3 star in my opinion.

I know that I’ve put on muscle already just don’t know how much don’t know what my BMI is but I know it’s better than it was. I love the structure of the workouts, not randomly working out anymore. I also love the informative information besides physical exercise. I love the health plan, information on vitamins and proteins, etc. I believe this company truly cares about our health not just selling some fly by night exercise and fake lose weight overnight pills. Do the work, or don’t get the results!

Bit overwhelming initially but when you… Bit overwhelming initially but when you settle down, the help is great, the information is there and the training tips for over 40s are spot on. E.g. I had nagging discomfort on my left shoulder from bench pressing before but the suggested dumbbell decline made that instantly easier and the discomfort has now gone. I have only had the programme for around two weeks but can absolutely see benefits already. Looking forward to see results in the next two weeks!
