Hi my name is tony when I received the… Hi my name is tony when I received the light I opened it up it’s all their but their was nothing to tell you how you should use light distance from the plant hour many hours you need it to run wether I should use it at a hundred percent bye happy with everything else I would recommend them

The overall experience was good I wish… The overall experience was good I wish they used UPS I mean FedEx or CVPS and had discreet packaging instead of having LED lights grow lights written all over the box other than that I’m happy with the product and then thank you

Ordered six lights one didn’t work had… Ordered six lights one didn’t work had to pay to fix myself. And now switch is broke. Said they would send me new one I can pay someone to put that in to I guess.

I would never buy from this company… I would never buy from this company ever again. Worst customer service experience ever. no shipping options. No return policy so expect to get took. Package came from FedEx a week and a half later, opened with holes and banged up. Instant regret. Best to buy from trusted brands and skip eaglestar.
