GBI would never buy from this company… I would never buy from this company ever again. Worst customer service experience ever. no shipping options. No return policy so expect to get took. Package came from FedEx a week and a half later, opened with holes and banged up. Instant regret. Best to buy from trusted brands and skip eaglestar.

GBResponsive Customer Service There was a mixup with the tracking numbers, but their customer service was very responsive; they reached out to me the same day, and sent multiple follow up texts to ensure I was happy. The light itself is awesome, and if this is the kind of customer service I can expect, I'll definitely be buying from these guys again.
