Ordered six lights one didn’t work had… Ordered six lights one didn’t work had to pay to fix myself. And now switch is broke. Said they would send me new one I can pay someone to put that in to I guess.

Eagle star makes a great product ,and… Eagle star makes a great product ,and provide customer assistance if needed , they are using meanwell drivers and Samsung diodes , I'm very impressed with it's output.

Great product and good customer service. Light seems well made and bright. Controls and screen are super simple. I reached out with a help question and was impressed at the quickness to which they responded. Very happy with my choice of going with Eaglestar.

i bought a led light,it lasted 2 months… i bought a led light,it lasted 2 months before 2 rows of lights burned out now going on 2 years later i cant get any service after sending everything they asked for,the customer service sucks
